A Holiday Message

At a recent meeting of my Nonviolent Communication (NVC) practice group, we discussed how Christmas will be different this year. My daughter and I have a tradition of sharing a nice meal on Christmas Eve, then attending a candlelit service at my church. This meets my needs for connection, beauty and joy. This year we won’t follow that tradition.

I thought about other ways I could meet those needs. I decided to create a short video to express what this time of year means to me, and the sense of wonder I experience.
